Itinerary and your responsibilities
We require all participants of the tour to adhere to the itinerary; this ensures we are on time for all scheduled arrivals and excursions.
Please note: refunds cannot be made on missed events or excursions.
We have sought the best and most appropriate campsites at each destination, most with electric. However, on rare occasions, electric may not be available. Most campsites offer Wi-Fi, additional charges may apply, the speed or reliability of this service is not under our control or guaranteed.
On occasion, we may use a motorhome rest area (Aires) with no facilities, this will be clearly highlighted in your itinerary, we feel it provides a more autonomous motorhome experience.

If in our reasonable opinion or in the opinion of any other person in authority, your behaviour is causing or is likely to cause danger, upset or damage to property or is persistently affecting the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to terminate your holiday. If we cancel
We plan arrangements a long time in advance of your tour using independent suppliers over whom we have no direct control. On occasions changes do have to be made, and we reserve the right to make these. Most of these changes are minor. However, occasionally, changes are significant.
If we have to make a significant change or cancel, we will tell you as soon as possible. If there is time to do so before the tour starts, we will offer you the choice of the following options.
(a) accepting the changed arrangements.
(b) selecting an alternative tour from us, of a similar standard to that originally booked if available.
If this holiday is cheaper than the original, we will refund the price difference. You will be liable to us for any additional cost’s payable for the new arrangements
(c) cancelling the booking or accepting our cancellation of the booking, in which case you will receive a full refund of all monies you have paid to us, within 14 days.
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by, or you otherwise suffer any damage, loss or expense of any nature as a result of, "act of God". In these booking conditions, "act of God" means any unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, that interrupts the expected course of events, which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not have avoided, even if all reasonable measures had been taken.
Such events may include but are not limited to, advisories from the Foreign Office against travel to a country included in the tour, whether actual or threatened: war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity and its consequences, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions; epidemics, pandemics or other outbreaks of illness, fire and any other situations which are outside our control.

Some of our tours maybe subject to a minimum number of participants for their operation. We will advise you if your tour is affected at least 31 days before departure if minimum numbers have not been reached and as a direct result your tour has to be cancelled. You will then have the choice of booking an alternative holiday with us, changing your departure date at the appropriate additional cost, or having a refund of monies paid. No compensation will be payable and we are unable to offer refunds of any associated costs i.e. visas etc.
